1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and hhbd1 ("hhbd1", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the hhbd1 website, including all games, wagering services, promotional offers, payment processing, and associated features made available through the hhbd1 platform (collectively, the "Platform").

2. Eligibility

Access to the hhbd1 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and throughout the period of account usage:

• You are at least 21 years of age. hhbd1 enforces a strict 21+ policy with no exceptions. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed and all funds forfeited.
• You are accessing the Platform of your own free will and for personal recreational purposes only, not on behalf of any third party, organisation, or commercial entity.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, or agent of hhbd1, nor an immediate family member of such a person, without express prior written approval from hhbd1 management.
• You have not previously been excluded, suspended, or banned from the hhbd1 Platform or from any related platform operated by hhbd1 or its affiliates.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction in which accessing online gambling services is explicitly prohibited under applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering. hhbd1 does not constitute a source of legal advice on this matter.
• You are accessing the Platform using funds that you legally own and that are not derived from any criminal or unlawful activity.

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Policy

Each individual may register and maintain only one hhbd1 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. hhbd1 employs automated and manual systems to detect duplicate accounts. All duplicate accounts discovered will be closed and any associated balances forfeited.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your hhbd1 account, including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other details requested during the registration process. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change. hhbd1 accepts no liability for issues arising from outdated or inaccurate account information, including failed OTP delivery or delayed withdrawals.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any OTP codes received via bKash, Nag ad, or SMS. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. hhbd1 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. 3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

hhbd1 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to comply with anti-money laundering obligations and to protect all players on the Platform. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents at any stage:

• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within 90 days)

Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing times of the originating bank. hhbd1 is not liable for delays caused by payment service providers, network outages, or banking system maintenance.

4.4 Deposit Limits

hhbd1 may impose daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on individual accounts as part of its responsible gaming framework. Players may also set their own voluntary deposit limits from within the account settings dashboard. Voluntary deposit limits set by the player take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling period when increased.

4.5 Prohibited Deposits

Deposits made using funds that are not legally owned by the registered account holder, or that are derived from any criminal, fraudulent, or unlawful activity, are strictly prohibited. hhbd1 reserves the right to investigate the source of any deposit and to freeze or reverse transactions where the origin of funds is uncertain or suspicious.

5. Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Methods & Currency

Withdrawals are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT ৳) to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, wherever technically possible. hhbd1 supports withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, SureCash, and registered bank accounts. Withdrawals to third-party accounts or accounts not registered in the player's name are not permitted.

5.2 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.

5.3 Processing Times

hhbd1 aims to process the majority of withdrawal requests within two hours during standard operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). bKash and Nagad withdrawals frequently complete within 30 minutes. Requests submitted during peak hours, public holidays, or outside of standard banking hours may experience delays. hhbd1 does not guarantee specific processing times but commits to acting on all valid withdrawal requests promptly.

5.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully KYC-verified before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Any active bonus funds must meet the associated wagering requirements before the bonus-derived balance can be withdrawn. Real-money deposits not linked to a bonus offer are not subject to wagering requirements.
• hhbd1 reserves the right to conduct additional identity and payment verification checks for withdrawals exceeding ৳50,000 in a single transaction.
• Withdrawals will not be processed to accounts under investigation for fraud, suspicious activity, or policy breaches.

5.5 Failed Withdrawals

If a withdrawal fails due to an error on the part of your payment provider (for example, an inactive bKash wallet or incorrect account details), the funds will be returned to your hhbd1 account balance. hhbd1 is not liable for withdrawal failures caused by third-party payment provider errors. 6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by hhbd1 are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for matters directly related to that promotion, while these general Terms shall govern in all other respects.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds issued by hhbd1 carry a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (for example, a 20x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means ৳20,000 in total wagers must be placed). Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — slot games typically contribute 100%, while live casino and sports betting contributions are specified in the individual promotion terms.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

hhbd1 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to close an account without prior notice, if it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, exploiting errors in bonus mechanics, placing bets that cover all or most outcomes to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk, or colluding with other players in connection with promotional offers.

6.4 Promotional Changes

hhbd1 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate any promotional offer at any time with reasonable notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will not retroactively affect bonus funds already credited to a player's account, provided those funds were obtained in compliance with the applicable terms at the time of crediting.

7. Gaming Rules

7.1 Game Availability

7.4 Cricket Betting Rules

Cricket markets offered by hhbd1 include Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), IPL, T20 World Cup, and bilateral international series involving the Bangladesh Tigers. In the event of match abandonment, interruption, or rescheduling, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable market rules as published at the time the bet was placed. 8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the hhbd1 Platform. hhbd1 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account engaged in prohibited conduct and to forfeit all balances associated with such accounts:

• Registering more than one account per individual (multi-accounting)
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform or to gain an unfair advantage
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or Platform feature
• Colluding with other players in casino games or sports betting markets
• Match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of manipulation of sporting events on which bets have been placed with hhbd1
• Providing false identity documents or misrepresenting your age, identity, or location during KYC verification
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity
• Attempting to interfere with the security, integrity, or performance of the hhbd1 Platform
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward hhbd1 staff or other players

9. Account Suspension & Closure

9.1 Suspension by hhbd1

hhbd1 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where hhbd1 has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the account holder has breached these Terms; (b) the account has been used for fraudulent, criminal, or prohibited purposes; (c) continuing to operate the account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or the interests of other players; or (d) hhbd1 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory direction.

9.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your hhbd1 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon processing a voluntary closure request, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Account closure requests made in connection with problem gambling are treated as self-exclusion requests and are given priority processing.

9.3 Effect of Closure

Upon account closure — whether voluntary or imposed by hhbd1 — all pending bonuses, free spins, and promotional credits are forfeited. Balances derived from bonus funds that have not completed applicable wagering requirements are forfeited. Real-money balances legitimately belonging to the account holder will be returned unless the closure results from a policy breach that carries balance forfeiture as a consequence under these Terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hhbd1 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the hhbd1 Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or any other intangible losses.

The hhbd1 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. hhbd1 expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

In all circumstances where hhbd1 is found liable for any claim arising from your use of the Platform, hhbd1's total aggregate liability shall not exceed the value of your account balance at the time the claim arose, or ৳10,000, whichever is greater.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

hhbd1 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at hhbd1.io/privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

hhbd1 uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and the hhbd1 servers.
